What I build
Artificial Intelligence
Automation that is genuinely useful for business communication.
The focus
Most businesses do not need AI that impresses in a demo. They need fewer missed calls, fewer unanswered messages and less repetitive work. At AskTalos I worked on an AI business communication platform that brings voice calling, CRM, WhatsApp, chatbots and email marketing into one place, with the aim of making everyday communication faster and more reliable.
As the sole product manager I owned the roadmap and ran the full product cycle, from user discovery to launch, on tight timelines. I turned regular conversations with users into roadmap priorities by listening for real pain points instead of waiting for feature requests, and aligned engineering, design and business stakeholders on scope along the way.
How I work in this area
I am wary of AI for its own sake. For each capability I ask what job the customer is trying to get done, what the AI can safely handle alone, and where a human should stay in the loop. That discipline is what separates automation that businesses rely on from automation they switch off.
The result was a multi-channel suite delivered end to end: AI voice calling that handles customer calls automatically, a CRM that unifies customer data, contacts and conversations, and WhatsApp automation and chatbot flows for support and lead generation.
