What I build
Payments
Payments and marketplace features designed for scale.
The focus
Moving money is harder, and more interesting, than it looks. Behind a simple pay button sit currencies, regions, providers, failure states and a good deal of user anxiety. At Ditansource, a freelancing marketplace serving the United States, I worked on making it faster and simpler for people to move money and find the right match.
I began as a Product Management Analyst, where I launched an in-app chat with read receipts and profile previews, built a tiered membership subscription system and redesigned the UI from real user research. I later moved into a consultant role, taking on payments, a wallet, AI matching and real-time bidding.
How I work in this area
Every payment feature gets the same treatment: map the money journeys, write the edge cases into the PRD, and ship in step with engineering so transactions stay reliable. I integrated Stripe, Payoneer and PayPal for users worldwide, built an in-app wallet for deposits, withdrawals and full history, and resolved payment issues quickly when they appeared.
Alongside the product work I led a five-person marketing team and optimized the LinkedIn-to-website funnel, which grew the user base by 6,000+ new users in a single week.
