The focus

Strategy, for me, is mostly about choosing the one problem worth solving and being honest about everything else. I begin with users: conversations, research and the behavior behind what people say. Then I turn that insight into a clear problem statement, a roadmap and requirements the whole team can build from.

I have taken products from zero to one across fintech, AI and marketplaces. I have also been on both the technical and the management side, with a B.Tech in Information Technology and a gold medal, so I know what realistic timelines look like and what it takes to ship end to end.

How I work in this area

In practice that means user research and PRDs, roadmaps and prioritization, and cross-functional execution from discovery to launch with engineers, designers, marketers and support. I measure success by outcomes users can feel rather than by the number of features shipped.

I try to build from first principles: focus on a single core problem, differentiate the product around it, and resist copying competitors or reaching for low-hanging fruit.
